This e-mail exchange (reproduced with the author's permission) is from a man in his 40s who was cured of TMS by following the advice on this website.

I have had success from learning from your web site. It took about 1 month. Quite a momentous month! I am in my 40's and have diabetes. For some time now, I have had great difficulty ejaculating while inside a woman. My success ratio was pretty dismal, maybe about 10%.
So I took your advice and stopped masturbation completely. Well, before I had time to try "normal" masturbation after a week, I had sex instead, and was 3 for 3 in "finishing" inside my partner. Needless to say I was greatly satisfied and relieved to "deliver the goods", normally, like in years past.
It took a couple of more weeks but I am now been able to have 'normal' masturbation lying on my back. I'm surprised how quickly the body adapted to this new style after a lifetime of the wrong way masturbating.
The trade off is that I now ejaculate fairly quickly (within 10 minutes), whereas before when I had difficulty ejaculating, I could last "in the position" for much longer."
I replied the following about his more rapid ejaculation: That's actually kind of typical when trying a new form of sex, like learning to masturbate the first time, changing your method, having intercourse the first time, etc. You will adjust to the new sensations fairly quickly and timing will be more what you're used to.

Your website was helpful. I feel like a new man. I'm up to 5/5 ejaculations with women. Something I wasn't able to do in last 5 years. Masturbated completely "normally" last two weeks."
