Please help us by taking this male sexuality survey

This will be our most exciting male survey ever! Before you start taking it, there are some measurements you need to take that will be asked about in the survey. Please print out one of these worksheets with a built-in ruler. BE SURE TO change the setting labeled "page scaling" in the print dialog box to "NONE" or else the ruler will not print out correctly.

It is OK to use your own ruler and measuring tape if the paper ruler does not print out correctly.
